Gregg Electric Corporation is owned and operated by Gregg and Barbara Brown. Founded in 1992, Gregg Electric provides electrical contracting services to Commercial and Custom Residential builders.

By 1998 the business had developed into and continues to be one of the finest electrical contractors in Southwest Florida. Gregg and Barbara realized the need to offer additional services to their clients in the area of low voltage wiring (phone, TV and computer) as well as Home based Audio / Video systems.

Gregg quickly saw the potential of providing clients with a single source or one stop shop from which they could obtain all of their electrical and home electronics products and services. Gregg began establishing relationships with top manufacturers of these products. He joined CEDIA the Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association and began pursuing advanced technical education for himself and his employees.

Gregg Electric Corporation is today a recognized leader in Home Theatre, Home Audio, Structured Wiring and Home Automation Systems in Southwest Florida. In the last year, Gregg began offering Home Computer Networking and Broadband Internet Sharing services. Based in Port Charlotte, Gregg Electric’s staff of 20, provides their clients professional design and installation services throughout South Florida.
